I came to the Alexander Law Firm in 2012 after having my 2011 income taxes prepared. I owed a whopping $13,000!!! I was divorced, my husband had left me with a huge credit card debt and I had filed bankruptcy. I was paying off the bankruptcy at $1,000 per month, which left little spending money from my paychecks after paying other bills. Mr. Curcuru worked with me and was my liaison with the IRS. He worked out a comfortable payment plan with them which they accepted. He also was non-judgmental of my predicament. I had tax issues with the IRS and Missouri dating back to 2005. I had tried to deal with these issues myself and things just kept getting worse. The IRS garnished my military retirement as well as my Social Security to the tune of $600.00 a month. I contacted Alex and the first thing he did was stop the garnishments.
